<p>The YMCA of Greater Richmond is currently seeking energetic and responsible individuals to work as Camp Counselors for our Chester YMCA summer day camp programs. As a YMCA Employee you also get a Free Gym Membership.</p> <p>DUTIES of a Camp Counselor</p> <p>Summer Camp Counselors have the opportunity to positively impact hundreds of youth in our community. We are looking for dependable role models who love to have outdoor fun! As a camp Counselor, you will be responsible for the well-being of your campers and providing a safe, engaging environment for them.</p> <p>QUALIFICATIONS of a Camp Counselor</p> <ul> <li>Successful candidates must be 18 years old with a high school diploma/GED. </li><li>Counselors must have at least six months of youth development experience. </li><li>College level courses and CPR/AED/First Aid are highly desirable but not needed. </li></ul> <p>Who we are:</p> <p>The YMCA of Greater Richmond stands committed to creating a work environment comprised of individuals from diverse socio-economic, racial, ethnic, religious, and national origins.
