<p>Responsibilities</p> <p>This role requires candidates to be on-site 5 days a week (M-F) at our Rosemont Office.</p> <p>Position Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Ensure timely, accurate payroll processing in compliance with government regulations as a Payroll Specialist </li><li>Manage and oversee the processing of multiple weekly and bi-weekly payrolls, ensuring full compliance with Collective Bargaining Agreements and contractual obligations </li><li>Guarantee the accuracy and timeliness of payroll processing while strictly adhering to all relevant federal and state regulations </li><li>Conduct thorough analysis of payroll issues, recommending and implementing corrective actions to improve efficiency and accuracy as a Payroll Specialist via MyTime </li><li>Collaborate effectively with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) to maintain system integrity and ensure compliance during payroll setup and updates </li><li>Provide comprehensive training and mentorship to team members, facilitating local training sessions as needed to enhance team skills and knowledge </li><li>Oversee and manage salary adjustments, deductions, bonuses, and payroll accounting, including the processing of final checks for both voluntary and involuntary employee separations </li><li>Other duties as assigned </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Required Education and Experience:</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 0 to 2 years of related experience </li></ul> <p>Preferred Education and Experience:</p> <ul> <li>College Degree </li><li>Experience with UKG or Kronos Timekeeping System </li></ul> <p>Essential Information for Our Employees</p> <p>At the Reyes Family of Businesses, our Total Rewards Strategy prioritizes the holistic well-being of our employees, and our compensation philosophy embraces diverse factors for fair pay decisions, valuing skills, experience, and the needs of our business.
