<p>Join our team today and immerse yourself in a rewarding career for years to come!</p> <p>As the Program Supervisor, you will help to oversee our Foster FLEX program, located in Medford, Burlington County NJ. Foster FLEX provides mentoring and respite services to youth living in foster care to stabilize the living situation and promote healthy emotional growth.</p> <p>Schedule: Full-time; Monday-Friday' 8:30am-5:00pm; possible weekend on call</p> <p>Competencies:</p> <p>The ideal candidate will demonstrate respect for families; demonstrate an understanding of emotional disturbance; demonstrate a knowledge about the differential characteristics of serious emotional disturbance and the ability to provide appropriate individualized, strength based interventions; demonstrates an understanding of the effects of stressful life events including abuse and/or trauma; ability to identify family support resources and provide advocacy for their use; demonstrates understanding of the principles of collaborative community-based care; communicated understanding of the complexity of issues faced by families of children in placement; good oral and written communication skills.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Conduct supervised visits for 12 billable hours per week </li><li>Enter/proofread between 75-100 visit notes into Spirit weekly </li><li>Assist in tracking and notifying DCPP regarding expired SARS </li><li>Assist with monthly billing to insure accurate billing and timely collection </li><li>Assist with monthly staff meetings and potentially hold meetings in more desirable locations to benefit the entire staff over 4 counties </li><li>Support training new staff by assisting new employee orientation within program </li><li>Assist with processing new referrals to insure immediate response to DCPP and clarifying family availability </li><li>Follow up with DCPP in regards to any potential wait list on referrals </li></ul> <p>Benefits:</p> <ul> <li>Competitive base salary </li><li>Medical and dental insurance </li><li>Vision plan </li><li>Retirement plan </li><li>Flexible spending plans </li><li>EXCELLENT time benefits for qualified positions! </li><li>Opportunity for personal and career growth, including supervision towards professional licensure for eligible candidates </li><li>Team-oriented environment - we practice the FISH!
