They are responsible for collaborating in the budget process, financial modeling, forecasting and financial analysis</p> <p>tasks for The Escape Game. This position will be partnered with our department leaders to provide financial and analytic</p> <p>insight into operational variances and help drive company performance. We are looking for a self-starter with strong</p> <p>critical thinking and problem-solving mentality.</p> <p>Hours & Schedule:</p> <p>Travel Expectations: 0-10%</p> <p>Expected Schedule: Monday - Friday (deadline exceptions as necessary)</p> <p>Location: In The Escape Game's Brentwood, TN Office</p> <p>Qualifications:</p> <p>Education:</p> <p>Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting required</p> <p>Experience & Qualifications:</p> <p>1-3 years of professional work experience required</p> <p>1-3 years of experience in financial reporting, analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning</p> <p>Data-driven, goal-oriented with strong quantitative decision-making skills required</p> <p>Analytical, strategic thinker with ability to collaborate with various TEG functions</p> <p>Intermediate to Advanced Proficiency Microsoft Excel</p> <p>Consistent record for innovation, execution, and delivering results in a performance-driven culture</p> <p>Possess strong interpersonal skills and excellent attention to detail</p> <p>Strong organizational and communication skills</p> <p>Job Responsibilities:</p> <p>Serve as a strategic business partner to TEG functions</p> <p>Responsible for delivering accurate monthly financial reporting and analysis to stakeholders</p> <p>Applying solid financial knowledge to build robust financial models</p> <p>Be a leading contributor to the quarterly forecasting and annual budgeting processes</p> <p>Lead reporting and analysis including KPIs, financial reports, performance dashboards</p> <p>Collaboratively evaluate opportunities for revenue growth and cost control</p> <p>Ensure financial results are reported timely and accurately</p> <p>Drive process and system improvements</p> <p>Perform variance analysis on business results again budget and forecast on monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc</p> <p>basis</p> <p>Perform ad-hoc analysis to support strategic discussions, decisions, business initiatives, and special projects</p> <p>Perform other responsibilities as assigned</p>
