Are you ready to change the way the world moves?</p> <p>In this position...</p> <p>The Battery Manufacturing Engineering team is opening new highways with our next-generation propulsion systems. We're investing over $50 billion to build some of the most technologically advanced EV manufacturing facilities in the U.S. and E.U. to produce the next generation of Ford electric vehicles. State-of-the-art technologies and processes for battery cells, arrays, and packs are core to our competitive strategy and will provide endless opportunities to innovate and grow -- all while helping the environment.</p> <p>This position provides a great opportunity to build on Ford Motor Company's journey to electrification within the Battery Manufacturing Engineering (BME) organization. This role supports the battery manufacturing engineering team in their delivery of a program on time and on budget. Program launches at TBD location in the Midwest in late 2027, which will require some travel and onsite work in the facility as the launch approaches.
