You'll determine and present the appropriate "sell-in" method to each account, demonstrating how POOLCORP can add value and assist with their purchasing needs. We're looking for an individual who can:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Create a territory plan that optimizes call routes, maximizes time in the field, and ensures you're delivering a sales plan that meets performance targets.</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain account and customer contact, accurately recording follow-up details in the CRM.</p> </li><li> <p>Take a proactive approach to increasing sales with each account, using a wide array of available communication channels to maximize their purchasing through all of POOLCORP's channels.</p> </li><li> <p>Be responsive to customers' real-time needs.</p> </li><li> <p>Make warm calls on existing and potential customers to grow revenue and increase share of wallet with underpenetrated accounts.</p> </li><li> <p>Deliver professional presentations on products and programs.</p> </li><li> <p>Achieve or exceed shared metrics of daily sales calls.</p> </li><li> <p>Report accurate information on overall results of customer interactions.</p> </li><li> <p>Identify opportunities, negotiate sales, overcome objections, and address customer needs.</p> </li><li> <p>Report to the in-market Sales Manager and collaborate with Sales Center and Regional managers to grow the business.</p> </li><li> <p>Other job related duties as assigned.</p> </li></ul> <p>What We're Looking For:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.</p> </li><li> <p>1+ years of inside/outside sales experience.</p> </li><li> <p>Hold a valid driver's license with a "satisfactory" driving record (no more than 2 violations within 3 years).</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to travel and have occasional overnights (dependent on territory).</p> </li><li> <p>Occasionally lift and move up to 75 pounds.</p> </li><li> <p>High School Diploma or GED; a two or four-year degree is a plus.</p> </li><li> <p>To be 21 years of age or older to apply.</p> </li></ul> <p>Bilingual, Military, Military Spouses and Veteran applicants are strongly encouraged to apply!
