Primary responsibilities will include clinic coverage on an as needed basis including checking in/out patients, scheduling clinic appointments and ancillary testing as needed for patients across 2+ satellite locations including but not limited to West Bridgewater and Milford, as well as BWH and MGH main campus locations. Other primary responsibilities include carrying out the department's processes involving accounts payable, accounts receivable, and procurement. The coordinator will assist all staff and faculty with related processes including expense reimbursements, check deposits, supply ordering, and other related areas as needed.</p> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Essential Functions</p> <ol> <li> <p>Responsible for managing the accounts payable process including all Purchase Orders, check requests, and employee reimbursement requests for the Departments of Neurosurgery. Oversee the system to ensure invoices are paid timely and accurately.</p> </li><li> <p>Responsible for managing departmental compliance to the MGB and BWPO guidelines, Ensure accurate financial activity in the department and work with external accounting teams to reconcile and if necessary, rectify any misappropriated funds.</p> </li><li> <p>Assist Finance Director in analysis of various department cost centers, including operating and sundry/research funds and provide departmental support including: ad hoc cost-saving analysis, preparing purchase requests, invoice reconciliation with general ledger, and training Faculty/staff on E-check & E-expenses procedures, and other support as needed.</p> </li><li> <p>Oversee and conduct patient registration, check-in, and check-out procedures, ensuring a positive patient experience. Handle patient inquiries, complaints, and concerns, resolving issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
