<p>The primary function of the Yard Driver role is to move equipment around the facility while monitoring temperatures.</p> <p>Job Functions:</p> <ul> <li>Operate yard truck to move equipment around facility. </li><li>Pre-cool trailers according to the guidelines set forth in the Domestic Transportation Manual. </li><li>Perform periodic yard checks to ensure loads are always maintained at proper temperatures. </li><li>Maintain a good driving record and comply with all Department of Transportation standards and regulations. </li><li>Report any vehicle problems and defects to the Supervisor for immediate attention. </li><li>Fills out all necessary paperwork to perform job duties.
