This role will lead the teams that define strategic initiatives to improve our customer experience and drive customer loyalty. As the Global Director of Retail Store Experience and Programs, you are responsible for collaborating with business partners worldwide and cross functionally to design and deliver programs and strategies that elevate the team and customer experience, attract new customers and build loyalty with existing customers. The successful candidate will play a meaningful role in providing insight, guidance, and direction to the team, partners and leadership to drive innovation and deliver successful business results. Key cross-functional partners include Retail Operations, Store teams, Apple Store Online, Retail Engagement Marketing u0026 Merchandising, Real Estate, People, Finance and more.</p> <p>Strong strategic storytelling and presentation skills with proven experience presenting to executive audience. Master's degree in relevant field (MBA a plus) or equivalent experience.</p> <p>10+ years of People Leadership experience in a strategic role with experience in establishing vision, goals and developing strategic and tactical execution plans. 15+ years of experience in retail operations, retail strategy, or a related corporate field. Highly strategic with expert knowledge of the global retail industry, commerce and omni channel trends. Proven Ability to prioritize, plan, delegate and implement strategies, programs and projects optimally; successfully navigating and executing in corporate structures. Keen analysis of data and information, understand sales performance and identify trends and opportunities. Passionate people manager that enables a culture of performance by building capabilities of individuals and teams through effective employee development, involvement, communication and mentoring. Business travel as needed.</p>
