Find your future with us.</p> <p>Boeing Commercial Airplanes is seeking a Numerical Control Programmer to support Metals machining, including High Speed 5 axis machining of soft metals in Salt Lake City UT.</p> <p>Our teams are currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including; Associate & Mid-Level Numerical Control Programmers.</p> <p>Position Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Establishes technical requirements for manufacturing and producibility.</p> </li><li> <p>Plans, creates, verifies and revises Machine Control Data (MCD), geometry and documentation that directs the operations for a complete spectrum of numerically controlled equipment required to manufacture and inspect parts, tools and assemblies for departmental work.</p> </li><li> <p>Identifies equipment and approaches, coordinates and assigns work and trains/mentors others.</p> </li><li> <p>Works under minimal direction.</p> </li><li> <p>Provides numerical control, machining and programming technical experience.</p> </li><li> <p>Establishes technical requirements for manufacturing and producibility.</p> </li><li> <p>Plans and guides the development and integration of new machining techniques and manufacturing methods, processes, software and equipment.</p> </li></ul> <p>Basic Qualifications (Required Skills and Experience):</p> <ul> <li> <p>1 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (Associate Level)</p> </li><li> <p>1 or more years' Experience in Numerical Control programming</p> </li><li> <p>1 or more years' Experience with programming using CATIA V5</p> </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills and Experience):</p> <ul> <li> <p>5 axis programming in V5 CATIA</p> </li><li> <p>CATPart creation</p> </li><li> <p>CATProduct creation and assembly functions</p> </li><li> <p>High speed machining</p> </li><li> <p>Vericut simulation</p> </li><li> <p>Debugging and troubleshooting</p> </li><li> <p>Tool creation and library management</p> </li><li> <p>Configuration management principles</p> </li><li> <p>3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (Mid-Level)</p> </li></ul> <p>Conflict of Interest:</p> <p>Successful candidates for this job must satisfy the Company's Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process.</p> <p>Shift:</p> <p>This role is primarily firstshift; however, there may be additionalshiftrequirements to support program objectives.</p> <p>Drug Free Workplace:</p> <p>Boeing is a Drug Free Workplace where post offer applicants and employees are subject to testing for marijuana, cocaine, opioids, amphetamines, PCP, and alcohol when criteria is met as outlined in our policies.</p> <p>Union:</p> <p>This is a non-union-represented position.</p> <p>Pay and Benefits:</p> <p>At Boeing, we strive to deliver a Total Rewards package that will attract, engage, and retain the top talent.
