We are looking for a dedicated, insightful Behavior Analyst who understands that for a 3-to-5-year-old, "acting out" is often a request for help. You are the specialist who decodes these signals, building strategies that help our youngest scholars feel safe, understood, and ready to learn.</p> <p>Role Summary</p> <p>As an ECSE Behavior Analyst, you will provide expert behavioral support for students with diverse developmental needs in our Early Childhood Special Education classrooms. You will conduct functional behavioral assessments (FBAs), develop and monitor Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), and provide real-time coaching to teachers and assistants.
