With a commitment to growth, positivity, and excellence in every detail, High Hotels continues to be a place where great experiences-for employees and guests alike-aren't just expected, they're the standard.</p> <p>Are you ready To Spread Joy Through Hospitality?</p> <p>As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for positively representing the hotel to our guests by responding courteously and efficiently to guest inquiries and requests, acting as a source of information about the hotel and surrounding area, assisting with arrivals and departures, and maintaining the safety and security of the hotel guests and co-workers.</p> <p>This is a Full-Time position with the following schedule: Sunday-Thursday from 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM</p> <p>Weekends include a $2/hr. shift premium!</p> <p>Starting Rate: $17.80 Potential for increase is based on experience.</p> <p>Areas of responsibility for our Night Audit staff include:</p> <ul> <li>Assisting guests with arrival and departure. </li><li>Taking, modifying, and canceling guest reservations. </li><li>Cash handling. </li><li>Posting and running night audit reports. </li><li>Maintains the hotel safety and security standards. </li><li>Communicate hotel facilities and services to all guests. </li><li>Maintain daily logs. </li><li>Delivery of express check out receipts and newspapers as needed. </li></ul> <p>Our next team-member will ideally possess the following educational and work qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>A high school diploma or general equivalent (GED) preferred </li><li>Customer service experience preferred </li><li>Must be capable of handling money accurately </li><li>Reading, math, and communication skills </li><li>General knowledge of bookkeeping and auditing preferred </li><li>Ability to work weekends and holidays is required </li></ul> <p>Working for The High Companies:</p> <p>At High Hotels co-workers always come first.
