<p>Elbit Systems is looking for a Business Development Manager to join the FAS Business Unit at the Aircraft Division site in Haifa</p> <p>Main Responsibilities</p> <p>Initiate and identify business opportunities in Israel and abroad</p> <p>Establish new business partnerships and maintain relationships with existing customers and partners</p> <p>Manage and lead system-level business opportunities and campaigns</p> <p>Collect business intelligence and conduct market analysis</p> <p>Lead long-term marketing processes</p> <p>Develop new markets domestically and internationally</p> <p>Negotiate all aspects of programs, including quality, schedule, and budget</p> <p>Requirements</p> <p>B.A. in Engineering / Technology / Business</p> <p>More than 5 years of experience in large-scale marketing and business development within the defense and international markets</p> <p>Military background in an aircrew position - Mandatory</p> <p>rotorcraft aircrew - Advantage</p> <p>Business acumen and proven experience in negotiation and contract closing</p> <p>Proactive and independent approach with strong capability to lead processes and engage multiple interfaces</p> <p>Excellent representation, high interpersonal communication skills, and system-level vision</p> <p>Willingness to travel extensively abroad and to work non-standard hours</p> <p>High-level English proficiency</p> <p>Only relevant applications will be answered</p> <p>#Haifa</p>
