<p>Position Summary</p> <p>Vertiv is seeking a dynamic HR Program Manager to lead the development of talent pipelines for our Services organization. This role will drive strategic partnerships with colleges, universities, and trade schools, while also enhancing internal development programs to support career growth. The ideal candidate will be a connector-linking education, business needs, and workforce readiness to fuel our future talent.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <p>Strategic Talent Pipeline Development</p> <ul> <li>Partner with Services leadership to design and execute long-term strategies for early career recruitment and workforce readiness. </li><li>Define success metrics and continuously evaluate program effectiveness through data analysis. </li><li>Align educational partnerships with business goals and hold local service managers accountable for relationship-building with technical schools. </li><li>Provide quarterly updates to leadership on progress and future planning needs. </li></ul> <p>Training Program Leadership</p> <ul> <li>Oversee Vertiv's technical training programs (e.g., Thermal FST via ADTC), ensuring alignment with curriculum, logistics, and participant support. </li><li>Monitor outcomes and implement improvements based on performance data and feedback. </li></ul> <p>Educational Partnerships & Outreach</p> <ul> <li>Cultivate and expand relationships with colleges, universities, and trade schools (e.g., NOVA, TSTC). </li><li>Serve as the primary liaison with educational institutions, managing agreements, sponsorships, and collaborative initiatives. </li><li>Coordinate recruitment events, job fairs, and marketing campaigns in partnership with Marketing and Talent Acquisition. </li><li>Strengthen Vertiv's employer brand among students and graduates. </li></ul> <p>Internal Development Initiatives</p> <ul> <li>Support internal development programs, including supervisor training, to build internal promotion pipelines. </li></ul> <p>Budget & Resource Management</p> <ul> <li>Develop and manage budgets for training and partnership programs. </li><li>Track expenses and ensure cost-effective resource allocation. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. </li><li>5+ years of experience in program management, recruitment, or workforce development. </li><li>Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced environment. </li><li>Strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills. </li><li>Experience with technical recruiting or supporting skilled trades is a plus. </li><li>Project management and budget oversight experience preferred. </li></ul> <p>PHYSICAL & ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS</p> <ul> <li>Please list all physical and environmental demands that may performed on a regular basis. </li></ul> <p>TIME TRAVEL REQUIRED</p> <ul> <li>40% + </li></ul>
