<p>Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.</p> <ul> <li>Regular and Consistent Attendance </li><li>Cleaning all auditoriums prior to opening for business </li><li>Ensuring all lobby and hallway areas are properly cleaned prior to opening for business </li><li>Ensuring all restrooms are clean and stocked prior to opening for business </li><li>Ensuring the janitorial closet area is clean, organized and stocked with needed supplies </li><li>Expected to use equipment such as vacuums and compactor </li><li>Reporting any facility damage found to the General Manager </li><li>Responsible for securing and reporting any found items to management. </li><li>Maintain building security in keeping doors secured and alarm set and disabled as required (if applicable). </li><li>Ensure all non-public areas are secure including arming, disarming and general operation of the alarm system. </li><li>Abide by all federal and state laws with regards to breaks and/or meal periods. </li><li>Have knowledge of all safety and emergency procedures. </li><li>Required to read and understand training materials that will cover subjects such as sexual harassment and discrimination. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <p>To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
