RN, Regred Nurse, Nurse </li></ul> <p>Position Summary:</p> <p>Provides professional nursing care within an assigned unit; coordinates care planning with other disciplines.</p> <p>Recruiter: Jennifer Lawless || jlawles2@covhlth.com || 423-492-5011</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Correlates patient history and support systems within hospital care. </li><li>Assess learning needs of patient and family. </li><li>Develops and initiates teaching plan, involving patient and family. </li><li>Recommends interventions. </li><li>Evaluates plan of care. </li><li>Resolves problems regarding less complex issues without oversight or supervision. </li><li>Member of established active hospital committee or subcommittee with 75% participation in meetings. </li><li>Demonstrates willingness to precept new employees/students as directed. </li><li>Follows policies, procedures, and safety standards. Completes required education assignments annually. Works toward achieving goals and objectives, and participates in quality improvement initiatives as requested. </li><li>Perform other related duties as assigned or requested. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Minimum Education:</p> <p>None specified; however, must be sufficient to meet the standards for achievement of the below indicated license and/or certification as required by the issuing authority.</p> <p>Minimum Experience:</p> <p>Must possess at least one (1) year of professional experience. One year acute care experience, and previous critical care experience preferred.</p> <p>Licensure Requirement:</p> <p>Valid Tennessee license. CPR required. BLS, and ACLS preferred.</p> <p>RN license</p>
