<p>What are you going to do?</p> <p>In this role, you will plan, coordinate, and optimize installation and commissioning schedules for CNC machinery projects across North America. You will develop and maintain detailed schedules for multiple concurrent projects, ensuring alignment of resources, timelines, and key milestones. Working closely with Project Managers, Project Coordinators, Field Service teams, and global headquarters, you will ensure schedules accurately reflect the full scope of project activities while coordinating approximately 20-25 field service personnel. You will monitor project progress, identify potential risks or conflicts, and recommend solutions to maintain timelines.</p> <p>Additionally, you will analyze current and forecasted workloads to determine capacity, adjust schedules based on real-time changes, and support internal teams by identifying available scheduling slots. This role includes coordinating with assembly and manufacturing teams to ensure project readiness, organizing travel logistics for field teams, and managing the scheduling and shipment of specialty tools required for installations. You will also assist in tracking shipments, utilize systems such as RobEx, Salesforce, and Power BI for scheduling and reporting, and communicate updates clearly across internal and international stakeholders.
