If you're looking for a role that supports your professional growth and your connection to a vibrant community, we'd love to talk.</p> <p>People First in Kalamazoo</p> <p>Local Team Collaboration:</p> <ul> <li>Become part of a cohesive and long-standing team of 15 physicians and 2 APPs with the support of a clinical performance nurse at Borgess Hospital. </li><li>We take pride in our relationship with the hospital and encourage our providers to join hospital committees and participate in medical staff meetings. </li><li>We hold two monthly team meetings, one weekly, to discuss group performance. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Board-certified ACNP, FNP, or PA-C. </li><li>Hospitalist experience or hospitalist rotations in training preferred. </li><li>Michigan license. </li><li>Must be authorized to work in the US. </li></ul> <p>Practice in the Heart of the Community</p> <p>Flexible Scheduling:</p> <ul> <li>The hospitalist physician assistant works 7 AM - 7 PM shifts in a 7 on/7 off block. </li><li>We have seven on/off schedules, but we help cover for our teammates as needed. </li></ul> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Hospitalist physician assistants perform admissions. </li><li>There is a closed ICU.
