<p>Talent Coordinator</p> <p>Position Overview</p> <p>The Chick-fil-A North Salinas Talent Coordinator supports the growth and execution of our restaurant's talent plan through recruiting, onboarding, team member accountability, and administrative support. This role plays a key part in helping build a strong team culture while ensuring smooth day-to-day talent operations.</p> <p>What You'll Do</p> <p>Recruiting & Hiring</p> <ul> <li>Recruit, interview, and help hire top-quality Team Members </li><li>Create a welcoming and professional candidate experience </li><li>Ensure the restaurant stays fully staffed with strong talent </li><li>Support hiring events and recruiting initiatives </li></ul> <p>Onboarding & Orientation</p> <ul> <li>Schedule and conduct orientations </li><li>Ensure all onboarding paperwork is completed accurately </li><li>Manage uniform ordering and inventory </li><li>Help prepare training schedules and 60/90-day training plans with leadership </li></ul> <p>Team Member Accountability</p> <ul> <li>Monitor time punches, breaks, and attendance using operational systems </li><li>Track violations such as break violations and FTAs </li><li>Communicate reminders and accountability follow-ups with leadership </li><li>Ensure Team Members complete handbook and policy acknowledgements </li></ul> <p>Administrative & Benefits Support</p> <ul> <li>Assist with onboarding/offboarding for benefits programs </li><li>Support 401(k) and health insurance administration </li><li>Assist the Office Director and Operator with additional administrative duties </li></ul> <p>What We're Looking For</p> <ul> <li>Strong communication and organization skills </li><li>Positive attitude with a heart for people </li><li>Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment </li><li>Sense of urgency and attention to detail </li><li>Professionalism, integrity, and reliability </li><li>Team-oriented mindset </li><li>Comfortable using systems such as Slack and One Click </li></ul> <p>Schedule</p> <ul> <li>Flexible scheduling available </li><li>Part-Time or Full-Time </li><li>Minimum 20 hours per week </li><li>Monday-Friday preferred availability </li></ul> <p>Benefits</p> <ul> <li>Complimentary employee meal during shifts </li><li>Health Insurance eligibility after vesting </li><li>401(k) eligibility after vesting </li><li>$30/month phone reimbursement </li><li>Scholarship opportunities </li><li>Leadership and growth opportunities </li></ul> <p>Requirements</p> <ul> <li>Must be eligible to work in the United States </li><li>Reliable transportation required </li><li>Must arrive on time and work scheduled shifts </li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment </li></ul> <p>Working at a Chick-fil-A restaurant is more than a job - it's an opportunity for teamwork and leadership development in a positive, people-focused environment.
