<p>Overview</p> <p>Join The Wilds as a Seasonal Housekeeper, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for guests and staff while supporting conservation efforts.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <p>Cleaning & Facility Maintenance</p> <ul> <li>Maintain cleanliness of all visitor areas, including: </li><li>Johnson Center, Overlook, Carnivore areas </li><li>Lakeside Cabins, Lodge, Straker Cabins, Nomad Ridge </li><li>Wilds Administration Building, Clinic, Animal Management office, Operations Support Center </li><li>Manage daily trash removal and recycling disposal in line with recycling policies. </li><li>Maintain and organize housekeeping storage areas and inventory supplies. </li></ul> <p>Guest Service & Representation</p> <ul> <li>Act as a professional representative of The Wilds, ensuring a positive guest experience. </li><li>Positive attitude with a commitment to excellent service and upholding guest service standards. </li></ul> <p>Operational Support</p> <ul> <li>Work with flexible schedules, including weekends, evenings, and holidays. </li><li>Operate two-way radios for efficient communication. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Experience & Skills</p> <ul> <li>Must be 16 years or older. </li><li>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. </li><li>Ability to adapt in a fast-paced work environment. </li><li>Positive, professional attitude and teamwork mentality. </li><li>Good communication skills, both verbal and written. </li></ul> <p>Compliance & Employment Requirements</p> <ul> <li>Possession of a valid state-issued Identification. </li><li>Successfully complete a pre-employment drug screening and background check. </li><li>Subject to Drug-Free Workplace Policy, BMV Check, and Criminal Background Check. </li><li>This position is not eligible for overtime pay. </li></ul> <p>If you have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and enjoy creating a clean and welcoming environment, apply today to be a Seasonal Housekeeper at The Wilds!</p>
