<p>Overview</p> <p>Waters Corporation is currently seeking a Sales Support Representative to join our organization. In this role, the individual will support external customers, Field Sales, in-house personnel and technical/sales. Specifically, the Sales Support Representative will assist with product recommendations, configuring/pricing of systems and the processing of customer orders/quotations/returns.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Provide high quality, accurate, and detailed information when preparing instrument quotes and processing revenue transactions </li><li>Provide front-line internal/external customer telephone support for domestic and internal customers </li><li>Assist customers with order issues/delivery requirements as well as non-warranty returns and trade-ins </li><li>Enter miscellaneous internal orders as needed </li><li>Research customer issues and problem solve with special attention to billing issues, delivery discrepancies and overall customer satisfaction </li><li>Ensure customer best pricing (i.e. contractual accounts and sales promotions) is accurately quoted by understanding/reviewing promotions and data contained in the MAPPs database. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Minimum of an Associates degree or in lieu of a degree a high school diploma with 3 years experience supporting sales orders/quotations/returns. </li><li>3-5 years experience supporting a field/sales organization.
