<p>Job Title: Site Project ManagerJob Description</p> <p>We are seeking a dedicated Site Project Manager to oversee a large project in Tampa, FL. This 9-month endeavor commences in November and requires 100% onsite presence, with the flexibility to travel home on weekends a couple of times per month. The role involves managing contract documents, turning them into actionable project plans, and ensuring the financial health of the project through monthly budget reporting.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Develop and manage contract documents, transforming them into a comprehensive project plan. </li><li>Maintain financial responsibility for profit and loss through monthly budget reporting. </li><li>Implement risk mitigation strategies, schedule management, and critical path planning. </li><li>Conduct weekly project team meetings with both internal and external stakeholders. </li><li>Oversee customer acceptance and project closeout procedures. </li><li>Manage customer requirements and provide closed loop reporting to relevant parties. </li><li>Complete monthly billing and cash flow analysis. </li><li>Negotiate customer changes within the contract and budget. </li><li>Perform additional responsibilities as needed. </li></ul> <p>Essential Skills</p> <ul> <li>Proficient in reading and understanding contracts, specifications, and financials. </li><li>Ability to interpret bid drawings to comprehend the scope of work. </li><li>Strong project management skills, particularly within conveyor system installation and assembly. </li><li>Experience with Microsoft Project is required. </li><li>Demonstrated ability to work onsite full-time. </li></ul> <p>Additional Skills & Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Conveyor construction and installation experience is highly preferred. </li><li>Experience with Amazon projects or similar conveyor-related installations is advantageous. </li><li>A degree is not required but is considered beneficial. </li></ul> <p>Work Environment</p> <p>The Site Project Manager will work onsite alongside contractors and employees, reporting directly to the President.
