<p>Job Summary</p> <p>We are seeking a highly skilled Product Analyst with 7+ of experience specializing in PLM to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Medical Devices Manufacturing and Supply Chain domains. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can seamlessly integrate technical expertise with domain knowledge to drive product success.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Assertively drives the progression of work from an idea to detailed requirements ready for development and testing. Includes proactively eliciting requirements from stakeholders and negotiating best-fit solutions with technical team members and stakeholders </li><li>Navigate/Facilitate challenging conversations to gain consensus on tough trade offs and options </li><li>Understand user challenges and system opportunities; translate them into detailed user stories, requirements, and bugs. Supporting documentation such as process flows, mockups, and system-specific functional design guidance </li><li>Evaluate requests for technical feasibility and alignment with existing solution architecture and best practices with support from Solution Architect/Developers </li><li>Generate fit/gap analysis based on current state of system and business process against proposed requirements or business use cases </li><li>Lead a squad as the Product Analyst (PA) by setting priorities, defining scope, and communicating the future roadmap/vision to developers, testers, and stakeholders that are globally distributed </li><li>Educate partners on PLM capabilities and the change process to ensure clarity across multiple teams </li><li>Drive production system issues result in actionable next steps that resolve and/or mitigate the problem to business operations. Partner with technical and business partners to comprehensively analyze the root-cause and impact and generate a holistic solution </li><li>In partnership with Product and Platform Product Manager(s) to maintain deep understanding of processes and priorities to align squad delivery with value and needs; reconcile the backlog priority with competing, disparate stakeholders </li><li>Identify, manage, and address dependencies with other squads and external programs; working closely with squad Technical Product Owner (TPO), peer PAs, and the Product Manager. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li> <p>At least 7+ years of PLM domain experience</p> </li><li> <p>At least 5 years of experience delivering technical solutions for business problems by driving decisions and alignment between business and technical partners</p> </li><li> <p>At least 5 years of experience with PLM in the Medical Devices industry</p> </li><li> <p>At least 5 years of experience with PTC Windchill PDMLink (strong grasp of Change Control process)</p> </li><li> <p>At least 1 year of experience with PTC Windchill MPMLink, ProjectLink</p> </li><li> <p>At least 1 year of experience in project management and/or managing a team</p> </li><li> <p>At least 1 year of experience using JIRA</p> </li><li> <p>Led a team that was globally distributed and remote</p> </li><li> <p>Strong understanding and experience in software development lifecycle process (SDLC), and agile methodologies including SAFe</p> </li><li> <p>At least 1 year of experience operating on a SAFe team</p> </li><li> <p>At least 3 years of experience authoring user stories and features</p> </li></ul> <p>Please note, this role is not able to offer visa transfer or sponsorship now or in the future</p> <p>The Cognizant community:</p> <p>We are a high caliber team who appreciate and support one another.
