Lead with Compassion.</p> <p>The Worcester Family Resource Center (FRC) is a community-based hub offering critical supports to families navigating complex challenges. The FRC connects caregivers to the tools, services, and advocacy they need to thrive.</p> <p>As a Clinician, you will play a pivotal role in assessing family needs, developing strength-based plans, and guiding trauma-informed interventions. You'll provide both direct care and leadership to staff, ensuring that every family member receives the support they deserve.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li> <p>Perform trauma-informed intakes, screenings, and assessments for families, with a focus on CRA-related cases</p> </li><li> <p>Complete the Modified CANS and other supplemental behavioral needs assessments</p> </li><li> <p>Develop and oversee individualized Family Support Plans</p> </li><li> <p>Provide clinical supervision and case management oversight to the Family Partner</p> </li><li> <p>Offer clinical consultation and support to FRC staff</p> </li><li> <p>Facilitate or co-facilitate parenting groups and therapeutic sessions as needed</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborate with schools, juvenile courts, and community partners to ensure coordinated care</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain timely documentation and support a culture of accountability, equity, and healing</p> </li><li> <p>While the clinician may serve all FRC-involved family members, CRA-related cases take priority</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li> <p>Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related clinical field</p> </li><li> <p>Minimum of three years of experience as a licensed clinician</p> </li><li> <p>Acceptable licenses: LSW, LCSW, LICSW, LMHC, LMFT</p> </li></ul> <p>Why Join Seven Hills?</p> <ul> <li> <p>Be part of a mission-driven team focused on family wellness and prevention</p> </li><li> <p>Join our network of Family Resource Centers & Community Support Programs across Massachusetts</p> </li><li> <p>Access comprehensive benefits: health insurance, tuition support, retirement match, student loan assistance, and more</p> </li></ul>
