This role ensures materials move efficiently through the facility, inventory remains accurate, and shipments meet customer and production requirements.</p> <p>You'll work closely with production, supply chain, scheduling, and customer service teams to keep operations running smoothly while leading the warehouse staff across a 24/7 manufacturing environment.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Manage all shipping, receiving, and inventory control activities </li><li>Ensure compliance with ISO procedures, FIFO, and lot traceability requirements </li><li>Maintain accurate inventory through cycle counting and real time transactions </li><li>Direct material movement based on production priorities and schedules </li><li>Direct daily warehouse operations </li><li>Monitor and improve OTIF delivery performance </li><li>Support production by ensuring materials are issued and returned correctly </li><li>Drive Lean practices including 5S, visual management, and Kanban systems </li><li>Maintain control of non released or restricted materials </li><li>Coordinate with freight carriers, internal teams, and customers as needed </li><li>Oversee relationships with warehouse 3PL partners to ensure service levels, inventory accuracy, and shipping performance are met. </li><li>Apply knowledge of freight terms and shipping requirements to manage costs, routing decisions, and delivery expectations. </li></ul> <p>Performance Focus Areas:</p> <ul> <li>Inventory accuracy and traceability </li><li>Safety and 5S compliance </li><li>Warehouse impact on OEE performance </li><li>On time and in full delivery </li><li>Material availability for production </li></ul> <p>Work Environment:</p> <ul> <li>Onsite role in a manufacturing facility </li><li>Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 55 lbs as needed </li><li>Exposure to varying temperatures within the plant </li></ul> <p>On-Site: This role is required to be on-site 5 days at the Denver, CO location.</p> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>10+ years of warehouse management experience preferred </li><li>Injection molding or manufacturing environment experience strongly preferred </li><li>Experience working within ISO systems </li><li>Familiarity with MRP systems and barcode scanning tools </li><li>Proven leadership and team development experience </li></ul> <p>Compensation</p> <p>In compliance with all states and cities requiring transparency of pay, the expected pay range for this position is $76,000 - $86,000.</p> <p>Compensation can vary depending on several factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, experience, competencies, and geographic location. Some roles may qualify for extra incentives like equity, commissions, or other variable performance-related bonuses.
