<p>Hiring Bonus!</p> <p>Join Community</p> <p>Community Health Network MD Anderson Cancer Center is a partnership between Community Health Network and MD Anderson Cancer Center, one of the world's largest and most respected cancer centers. The partnership formed in 2022 elevated a prior affiliation between Community and MD Anderson Cancer Network, a program of MD Anderson. This new partnership represents a full clinical and operational integration of Community's cancer services with MD Anderson across all five of Community's sites of cancer care.</p> <p>Community MD Anderson is one of a select few partners with MD Anderson, a global leader in cancer care, and the only partner in Indiana</p> <p>Make a Difference</p> <p>Registered Nurse will be responsible for demonstrating performance consistent with professional standards of practice, care, performance, the Nurse Practice Act, and the mission and goals of the Community Health Network. The RN manages patient care in the healthcare continuum to achieve optimum outcomes in a safe and cost-effective manner and demonstrates skills in collaboration, delegation, negotiation, and management of resources.</p> <p>The Stem Cell Infusion RN will be responsible for administering and monitoring high-risk medications and infusions, including blood products and IV fluids, chemotherapy and lymphodepleting regimens (as applicable), and immunosuppressive agents and supportive care medications. Collaborate closely with advance practice providers, physicians, pharmacists, social work, and transplant coordinators to ensure seamless, patient centered care.</p> <p>Exceptional Skills and Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Graduate of National League for Nursing (NLN), Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE), Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN), or National League for Nursing Commission for Nursing Education Accreditation (NLN CNEA) accredited school of nursing, or three years of related professional nursing experience </li><li>Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid license to practice in the state of Indiana as listed in the Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) </li><li>Current ONS Chemotherapy/Immunotherapy provider card </li><li>Must have experience with caring for stem cell transplant or cellular transplant patients (Car T- cell therapy and TIL patients) </li></ul> <p>Why Community?</p> <p>At Community Health Network, we build teams that deliver exceptional care through empathy, communication and collaboration.
