This leadership role offers an exciting opportunity to influence our client service excellence while maintaining a book of business. Join us in representing our agency with integrity and dedication, aligning with our Core Values to make Kapnick Insurance the best in the industry.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Lead, mentor, and develop team members to enhance their skills, performance, and professional growth </li><li>Manage and maintain a portfolio of clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and service delivery </li><li>Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and carriers to resolve issues and identify solutions </li><li>Assess workloads and staffing needs, and assign clients and tasks accordingly to optimize team efficiency </li><li>Develop, review, and update workflows, procedures, and deliverables to improve operational effectiveness </li><li>Problem solve and articulate potential solutions to team members, internal staff, upper management, clients, and carriers </li><li>Monitor team performance metrics and implement strategies for continuous improvement </li><li>Foster a positive team environment that aligns with company values and promotes professional development </li></ul> <p>Skills and Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Business, Insurance, or related field preferred </li><li>Proven experience in employee benefits, account management, or a similar leadership role </li><li>Strong leadership and team development skills </li><li>Technology forward mindset </li><li>Experience with Applied EPIC </li><li>Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities </li><li>Ability to assess workloads and allocate resources effectively </li><li>Knowledge of benefits administration, insurance policies, and industry regulations </li><li>Proficiency in relevant software and workflow management tools </li><li>Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships </li><li>High level of professionalism, integrity, and commitment to service excellence </li></ul> <p>Kapnick Insurance offers a collaborative and growth-oriented environment where your leadership can make a meaningful impact.
