If you share our commitment to these values and want to join a team that lives them every day, Root Center might be the perfect fit for you!</p> <p>Starting Salary: $55,000-$70,000</p> <p>Position Summary</p> <p>Under the supervision of the Senior Finance Manager, prepares various weekly and monthly statistical reports.</p> <p>Prepares standard journal entries, account reconciliations and financial reports. Performs bookkeeping</p> <p>responsibilities in accordance with generally accepted accounting practices.</p> <p>Essential Functions</p> <p>Analyzes financial data by developing spreadsheet reports to reconcile accounts on a monthly basis and</p> <p>as needed.</p> <p>Creates journal entries to record daily deposits made by clinics in the organization's financial software.</p> <p>Maintains an accurate spreadsheet/record of all cash received in organizations bank accounts.</p> <p>Notifies the Director of Finance and Senior Finance Manager of any accounting discrepancies.</p> <p>Prepares and enters standard journal entries.</p> <p>Performs monthly financial close.</p> <p>Maintains financial reports, records and general ledger accounts.</p> <p>Creates and submits yearly 1099's and other filings for all entities as needed.</p> <p>Conducts monthly accounts receivable revenue analysis.</p> <p>Performs other data entry, bookkeeping and administrative duties as needed.</p> <p>Processes payroll in the absence of (or adjunct to) the Payroll & Benefits Coordinator.</p> <p>Minimum Qualification Requirements</p> <p>Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field preferred and three (3) years of professional</p> <p>accounting, finance, or billing processing experience.
