Proven ability to read and write English, follow written and oral instructions, and perform basic mathematical functions</p> <p>b. STNA certification preferred</p> <ol start="2"> <li>Experience & Training Required: </li></ol> <p>a. Completion of Summa's orientation and Summa's certification for the role</p> <p>b. Attain American Heart Association basic life support certification during initial training period and maintain certification thereafter.</p> <ol start="3"> <li>Other Skills, Competencies and Qualifications: </li></ol> <p>a. Heavy: Exerts 50-100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 25 to 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or ten to 20 pounds of force continuously to move objects.</p> <p>b.
