Serving hospitals, clinics, and medical manufacturers, we combine precision rigging, mechanical support, and specialized logistics to deliver exceptional service in a critical field.</p> <p>Position Summary:</p> <p>As an Entry-Level Rigger/Mechanic, you will assist with the safe movement, assembly, and installation of large medical equipment in hospitals, clinics, and labs. You will work hands-on with tools, machinery, and rigging gear under the supervision of experienced riggers and team leads. This is a physically active role ideal for someone mechanically inclined and eager to learn a trade in a high-demand, specialized industry.</p> <p>This position reports to the Operations Manager.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Follow directions from team leads and contribute to a safe and efficient job site. </li><li>Assist in rigging, lifting, and moving medical devices using dollies, lifts, gantries, forklifts, and cranes. </li><li>Support senior riggers in disassembly and reassembly of equipment as required. </li><li>Handle and protect sensitive equipment during transit and on-site moves. </li><li>Operate hand and power tools under supervision. </li><li>Load and unload equipment at job sites using proper lifting techniques and safety protocols. </li><li>Set up rigging gear (slings, shackles, chains, hoists) and assist with securing loads. </li><li>Maintain tools and equipment in clean, serviceable condition. </li><li>Perform basic troubleshooting of mechanical components (training provided). </li><li>Adhere strictly to safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or GED required. </li><li>Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort working with tools and machinery. </li><li>Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and work in physically demanding environments. </li><li>Willing to travel to job sites and work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends as necessary. </li><li>Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn on the job. </li><li>Willing to be vaccinated as hospitals and facilities require. </li><li>Valid driver's license (CDL a plus but not required). </li></ul> <p>Preferred but Not Required:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Previous experience in rigging, construction, HVAC, or machinery moving.</p> </li><li> <p>Forklift or hoisting certifications.</p> </li><li> <p>OSHA 10 or 30-hour certification.</p> </li></ul> <p>Benefits:</p> <p>Benefits become available in 2026 or approximately six months after the start of employment.</p> <ul> <li>Competitive hourly wage or salary (based on experience) </li><li>Overtime and travel pay </li><li>Health, dental, and vision insurance </li><li>Paid time off and holidays </li><li>401(k) retirement plan </li><li>Paid training and certification opportunities </li><li>Advancement potential within a growing company </li></ul> <p>Be part of a high-performance team serving the healthcare industry with precision and pride.
