<p>JobID: 210641807</p> <p>Category: Sales/Mktg Global Population</p> <p>JobSchedule: Full time</p> <p>Posted Date: 2025-06-30T17:07:16+00:00</p> <p>JobShift:</p> <p>Base Pay/Salary: New York,NY $150,000.00-$285,000.00</p> <p>Opportunity to join the North America Corporate and Private Side commodities team and focus on Municipal Energy Prepayments in natural gas and power.</p> <p>As an individual in North America Corporate and Private Side commodities sales, you will carry out the daily functions in structuring and originating Municipal Energy Prepayment Transactions.</p> <p>Job responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Commodity Sales touchpoint for Municipal Energy Prepayments including "first call" in the sector </li><li>Formulate and drive the marketing and growth strategy to strengthen and expand the firm's presence within the Municipal Energy Prepayment space </li><li>Provide best-in-class commodities coverage to clients that are or could be active participants within the Municipal Energy Prepayment space </li></ul> <p>Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:</p> <ul> <li>Experience and deep product knowledge in structuring and executing Energy Municipal Prepays, including a high technical understanding of deal mechanics </li><li>Deep Analytical skills and proven track record of ability to execute these transactions with skill and urgency </li><li>Fluent in the required legal documentation, modeling, and negotiation process associated with all aspects of the transactions </li><li>Established senior relationships with the Municipal Utility community including the key players/stakeholders that are active within the space </li><li>Knowledge of the North American physical and financial natural gas and power markets </li><li>Strong team player that works well under pressure and to tight deadlines - partners well with colleagues and works with a diverse group of stakeholders through the various stages of the process to bring deals to execution </li><li>Strong oral and written communication skills, including the ability to translate the complex concepts of the deal into simple terms and actionable steps </li><li>Clear, logical thinker with strong qualitative skill set including effective communication and presentation skills </li><li>Good PowerPoint and Excel knowledge </li><li>Excellent time management skills </li></ul>
