<p>Program Acquisition Subject Matter Expert and Instructor, Lead</p> <p>The Opportunity:</p> <p>As an acquisition program management subject matter expert (SME) and instructor, you understand the complexities of supporting a project from concept to completion. Many programs require a significant investment and have limited resources, so it's imperative to provide the right support where needed and keep the teams on a productive path. The world can't wait.</p> <p>You Have:</p> <ul> <li> <p>15+ years of experience in program management</p> </li><li> <p>5+ years of experience with space acquisitions</p> </li><li> <p>Experience managing contracts</p> </li><li> <p>Experience coaching senior leadership and instructing or facilitating workshops or small groups</p> </li><li> <p>Experience breaking down complex programmatic problems into small pieces with proposed solutions</p> </li><li> <p>Knowledge of evaluating and making recommendations based on earned value management data</p> </li><li> <p>Knowledge of government or DoD reporting structure</p> </li><li> <p>Knowledge of acquisition processes, technical baselines, configuration control, and space systems integration</p> </li><li> <p>Secret clearance</p> </li><li> <p>Bachelor's degree</p> </li></ul> <p>Nice If You Have:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Experience in schedule and roadmap creation and design</p> </li><li> <p>Experience at Space Systems Command</p> </li><li> <p>Experience with system engineering</p> </li><li> <p>Experience in artificial intelligence prompting</p> </li><li> <p>Experience in basic Microsoft office applications, such as MS Project and Copilot, and ChatGPT</p> </li></ul> <p>Clearance:</p> <p>Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.</p> <p>Compensation</p> <p>At Booz Allen, we celebrate your contributions, provide you with opportunities and choices, and support your total well-being. The projected compensation range for this position is $99,000.00 to $225,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
