<p>Job Title: Pharmacist in Charge</p> <p>Job Description</p> <p>The Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) plays a crucial role in managing a pharmacy's operations and ensuring compliance with regulations.</p> <ul> <li>Supervising Pharmacy Staff: Overseeing pharmacists, technicians, and support personnel. </li><li>Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring adherence to state and federal pharmacy laws. </li><li>Medication Dispensing: Overseeing accurate and safe medication distribution. </li><li>Inventory Management: Maintaining proper storage and stock levels of medications. </li><li>Policy Implementation: Developing and enforcing pharmacy procedures. </li><li>Patient Consultation: Providing clinical advice to patients and healthcare providers. </li></ul> <p>Essential Skills</p> <ul> <li>PharmD or BS in Pharmacy. </li><li>Registered and Licensed with the Arkansas State Board of Pharmacy. </li><li>Strong customer service and organizational skills. </li><li>Experience in a fast-paced retail environment, preferably 5+ years. </li></ul> <p>Additional Skills & Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Immunization Certification. </li><li>Compounding experience or Certification preferred. </li></ul> <p>Pay and Benefits</p> <p>The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $68.00/hr.</p> <p>Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
