<p>Full-time, 40 Hours/week</p> <p>M-F Days, Must be able to work between hours of 7AM - 6PM & Weekend/Holiday Rotation</p> <p>Onsite Akron, OH</p> <p>Summary:</p> <p>The Speech Pathologist evaluates and treats patients referred and provides instruction and assistance to patient?s families as indicated</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <p>1.Provides comprehensive differential diagnostic evaluations using standardized and norm-references measures</p> <p>2.Provides management/treatment programs consistent with diagnosis and department protocols</p> <p>3.Provides timely documentation for medical records/insurance requirements per division standards</p> <p>4.Demonstrates the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care for the physical, psychological, social, educational, and safety needs of the patients served regardless of age</p> <p>5.Other duties as assigned.</p> <p>Other information:</p> <p>Technical Expertise</p> <p>1.Experience in Speech Pathology is required</p> <p>2.Experience working with all levels within an organization is required</p> <p>3.Experience in pediatric health care is preferred</p> <p>4.Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) or similar software is required</p> <ol start="5"> <li>Feeding experience preferred </li></ol> <p>Education and Experience</p> <p>1.Education: Master?s degree in Speech/Language Pathology is required</p> <p>2.Certification: State of Ohio Licensure in Speech/Language Pathology, Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology [CCC-SLP] from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association [ASHA] is required.</p> <p>3.Years of relevant experience: 3 to 5 years is preferred.</p> <p>4.Years of experience supervising: None.</p> <p>Full Time</p> <p>FTE: 1.000000</p> <p>Status: Onsite</p>
