<p>Must Have Technical/Functional Skills</p> <ul> <li>Consulting Expertise: 12-20?years in client-facing roles, ideally from Big?4 or top-tier consulting firms, leading large-scale ERP and digital transformations. </li><li>OCM Methodologies: Deep mastery of frameworks like ADKAR, Prosci, Kotter, and ACMP; proven ability to design and oversee enterprise-wide change strategies for finance, HR, supply chain, procurement, and more. </li><li>ERP & Cloud Proficiency: Hands-on experience with SAP (S/4HANA, Ariba, SuccessFactors), Oracle, Salesforce, Workday-even integrations across multi-cloud environments. </li><li>Workstream Leadership: Demonstrated history managing multiple change streams-balancing deliverables, resources, budgets, risk, and stakeholder alignment. </li><li>Digital Fluency: Ability to leverage data-driven tools (Power?BI, Tableau, ERP analytics) for readiness insights and decision support. </li><li>Communication & Training: Expert in stakeholder mapping, communication planning, interactive training design (microlearning, LMS, VR), and executive-level coaching . </li><li>Agile Hybrid Delivery: Comfortable navigating Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery approaches using tools like Jira and Smartsheet. </li><li>Interpersonal Influence: Strong facilitation, influence, and relationship-building skills-especially in global, regulated environments (e.g., healthcare, manufacturing, finance). </li><li>Diversity & Inclusion: Experience leading diversity, equity & inclusion (DE&I) initiatives in transformation contexts. </li></ul> <p>Roles & Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Apply TCS Digital Change 4.0 across Cloud, ERP, CRM, and other large-scale transformations. </li><li>Develop and implement integrated change strategies across business, technology, and cultural dimensions. </li><li>Lead cross-functional change workstreams and mentor OCM practitioners in digital engagement techniques. </li><li>Build use-case-driven digital dashboards and tools to drive engagement, monitor program health, and manage compliance for adoption. </li><li>Coordinate with business and vendor teams (including BearingPoint, Sirion Labs, etc.) to align mission-critical deliverables. </li><li>Deliver training roadmaps, readiness assessments, and executive sponsorship development plans. </li><li>Drive stakeholder alignment and introduce governance mechanisms for global ERP rollouts. </li><li>Balance tactical execution with strategic oversight to ensure sustainable adoption of business transformation initiatives </li></ul> <p>Generic Managerial Skills, If any</p> <ul> <li>Coaches and empowers teams through ambiguity, pivots strategy as needed, and fosters resilience. </li><li>Quickly adapts to AI and evolving digital tools, balancing human and automation roles. </li><li>Translates business strategy and ERP platform implications (SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, Workday) into effective change planning. </li><li>Balances budgets, timelines, and priorities across multiple complex workstreams with strong risk oversight. </li><li>Builds credibility and trust at all organizational levels; engages sponsors to actively champion adoption. </li><li>Facilitates collaborations across internal teams and external vendors via effective governance. </li><li>Cultivates cohesive teams, fosters and aligns diverse contributors </li><li>Balances responsibilities, fosters innovation, and supports career growth. </li><li>Mentors leaders and sponsors beyond project delivery to drive lasting adoption. </li><li>Equips business leads to reinforce change through modeling desired behaviors. </li></ul> <p>Salary Range: $90,000-$160,000 a year</p> <p>#LI-CM2</p>
