<p>The Special Education and Reading program at DePaul University seeks to fill a full time, non-tenure track faculty position in Special Education to teach in undergraduate and masters level special education programs. The appointment will begin September 1, 2026 and go through June 30, 2027. Applications will be accepted immediately, and the position will remain open until filled. Responsibilities include teaching undergraduate and masters level special education courses in face-to-face, hybrid, and/or online formats, possibly including courses at the University Center in Lake County. Additional responsibilities include faculty advising, contributing to initiatives to enhance special education programs and active participation in College, Department, and Special Education Program meetings. We seek an individual who shares our vision of becoming the preferred provider of special education programming in the Chicago area, with a commitment toward increasing the educational outcomes for students with disabilities as well as addressing issues of inequity in special education.</p>
