This position plays a vital role in maintaining clean, organized, and safe common areas and facilities for our residents, staff, and visitors.</p> <p>If you're dependable, hardworking, and take pride in keeping spaces spotless and functional and you want to be part of a team that positively impacts the lives of older adults, we want YOU to join us!</p> <ul> <li>Previous experience in janitorial, porter, or facilities support preferred </li><li>Ability to lift and move items safely (equipment, supplies, furniture) </li><li>Strong attention to detail and reliability </li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team </li><li>Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays </li></ul> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Clean and maintain common areas, resident rooms, and other assigned spaces </li><li>Move, deliver, and set up furniture, equipment, or supplies as needed </li><li>Assist with trash removal, recycling, and proper disposal of waste </li><li>Ensure hallways, entrances, and work areas are safe and free of hazards </li><li>Respond to requests from residents, staff, and departments promptly </li><li>Support special events or activities with setup and breakdown as needed </li><li>Maintain cleaning equipment and report maintenance needs </li><li>Work weekends and holidays as scheduled </li></ul>
