Must have current CPR certification. </li><li>Previous experience in nursing, patient care, or other related fields, at least 6 months of nursing experience in a long-term care setting preferred. </li><li>Ability to build rapport with patients. </li><li>Compassionate and caring demeanor. </li></ul> <p>All new hires must be able to pass our preemployment screening process, which includes a fitness for duty physical, criminal background check, drug test and employment references as required by a licensed residential care facility.
