<p>Full-time | On-site | Monday - Friday, daytime business hours (plus mandatory on-call)</p> <p>Anticipated pay range: $18 - $22 per hour</p> <p>As a Client Care Coordinator, you'll be a key connection point between families and care teams, helping ensure a smooth, supportive experience for both clients and clinicians.
