<p>Assists in functional Human Resources activities in the administration of HR processes and programs. Responsibilities · Assists in Human Resources work activities, including: o Assisting as requested on special projects and reports. o Preparing or processing departmental records and ensuring all data is complete, correct and · consistent with established practice. o Maintaining confidential records, e.g. PTO/MTO/sick days, etc., in accordance with prescribed · standards. o Assisting associates with benefit. o Compiling and completing forms according to prescribed standards. · Assists in the training of new associates. · Monitors inventory and supplies. · Cooperates with other areas by providing for and distributing the necessary information to ensure · deadlines are met. · Initiates and responds to internal and external inquiries, both verbally and in writing. · Provides assistance, as assigned, to various levels of management. Skills and Characteristics · Requires capability to operate computers in a Microsoft Windows environment. Thorough knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook). · Requires the application of special or skill knowledge and/or pertinent techniques to work assignments. · Requires the ability to communicate (verbally and in writing) accurately and/or use arithmetic and basic statistics. · Requires familiarity with departmental divisional, or Company policy. · Requires knowledge of various Human Resources related subject matter. · Three to four years' experience in the same field or with related tasks is preferable. · Training may offset some of the experience suggested.</p>
