<p>Codeworks, an LRS company, is excited to welcome applications for a Certified Project Manager for a contract position. This opportunity gives you the chance to bring your expertise to impactful, high-visibility initiatives while partnering with one of our valued client organizations.</p> <p>Our client is seeking a collaborative, adaptable, and proactive Project Manager III to lead business intelligence, software development, and modernization projects. This includes initiatives ranging from smaller enhancement efforts to large, multi-team technical projects.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Lead end-to-end project management for enterprise-level business intelligence, software/application development, and systems architecture initiatives </li><li>Partner with sponsors and IT leadership to define and prioritize project tasks </li><li>Support analysis of business objectives, evaluate solution alternatives, and contribute to feasibility assessments and cost/benefit analyses </li><li>Facilitate project organization, roles, responsibilities, schedules, budgets, and risk management </li><li>Provide oversight of project documentation, including charters, plans, deliverables, and metrics </li><li>Develop and maintain standards and processes for documentation, tools, and data quality metrics </li><li>Conduct research on emerging technologies and develop business cases for potential adoption </li><li>Participate in cross-functional initiatives and special projects as assigned </li><li>Apply excellent communication skills to support clear engagement with technical teams, business partners, and leadership </li></ul> <p>Experience & Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>12+ years in project management, including experience leading complex technical projects </li><li>Experience in change management </li><li>In-depth knowledge of system development lifecycle (SDLC) deliverables </li><li>Experience facilitating collaboration across teams and organizations </li><li>Strong technical writing and documentation background </li><li>Analytical and problem-solving skills </li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills </li><li>Experience with MS Office tools, including Excel, Outlook, and MS Project </li><li>Experience leading implementation of large, complex processes or models </li><li>Experience with testing processes, including UAT, system, and functional testing </li><li>Experience working with data analysis, Informatica, and data warehouse design </li><li>Experience gathering and defining requirements </li><li>Experience in scope and risk management </li><li>Experience with BI tools (e.g., Business Objects) </li><li>Ability to support customers by understanding needs and identifying solutions </li></ul> <p>The base range for this contract position is $45.00-$55.00 per hour, depending on experience. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all U.S. locations.
