In addition, this individual assists advisors with service needs and makes modifications to accounts as necessary.</p> <p>Primary Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Process accounts in a behind-the-scenes manner to ensure smooth operations.</p> </li><li> <p>Conduct outbound calls for client servicing as needed, to address queries or provide necessary updates.</p> </li><li> <p>Manage inbound and outbound mail efficiently, ensuring timely and accurate dissemination of information.</p> </li><li> <p>Handle endorsements proficiently, ensuring all necessary details and regulations are adhered to.</p> </li><li> <p>Draft and send professional emails to clients, ensuring clear, concise, and accurate communication at all times.</p> </li><li> <p>Upload and update client information into company systems accurately and promptly.</p> </li><li> <p>Manage policies for existing clients, ensuring their needs are effectively met.</p> </li><li> <p>Handle electronic communications with clients mainly - including chats and emails.</p> </li><li> <p>This position reports in office.
