In order to do this, the division needs a deep understanding of current and future instructional and business needs to provide effective technological solutions. Because these needs are constantly evolving with developments in the areas of both pedagogy and technology, the Division of IT must provide a proactive and flexible response to meet these needs as they develop.</p> <p>For more information regarding Central's IT initiatives, please visit CCSU IT.</p> <p>Position Profile</p> <p>This is an entry-level/trainee position for highly motivated individuals who are eager to learn and grow. Comprehensive training will be provided, and candidates will have the opportunity to develop the knowledge and skills needed for successfully transition to an Administrator II role. The successful candidate will learn to provide technical support and assistance to faculty, staff, and students. This will include troubleshooting hardware and software issues, resolving technical problems and helping clients with their IT-related questions.
