You'll support the entire team by making sure the environment is safe, sanitized, and operating smoothly-so members feel great every time they walk in.</p> <p>What You'll Do</p> <p>Clean and sanitize all areas of the club, including locker rooms, equipment, and high-touch surfaces</p> <p>Perform floor care: sweeping, mopping, vacuuming</p> <p>Refill paper products, soaps, sanitizers</p> <p>Complete daily and weekly checklists (target: 95%+ on-time completion)</p> <p>Handle light facility repairs (light bulbs, touch-ups, basic fixes)</p> <p>Report any equipment or facility issues to the Club Director</p> <p>Reset workout floor and wipe down machines between peak periods</p> <p>Work closely with the Club Team to maintain high brand standards</p> <p>What We're Looking For</p> <p>Reliable and consistent-shows up and takes ownership</p> <p>Takes pride in a clean and organized space</p> <p>Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs, bend, reach, and stand for extended periods</p> <p>Works well independently and communicates clearly</p> <p>Janitorial, housekeeping, or light maintenance experience is a plus-but not required</p> <p>What You Get</p> <p>Free Retro Fitness membership</p> <p>Discounts on retail and training services</p> <p>Flexible scheduling</p> <p>Supportive, team-oriented environment</p> <p>Clear path to grow into facility, operations, or management roles</p> <p>Many of our top-performing managers started in this role.
