This role is critical in driving recruiting execution, strengthening stakeholder partnerships, and helping scale processes in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.</p> <p>This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, builds strong relationships, and is excited to improve recruiting execution, communication, and process consistency.</p> <p>Primary Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Lead, coach, and develop a team of recruiters </li><li>Partner with hiring managers as a trusted advisor throughout the hiring process </li><li>Ensure timely delivery against recruiting goals and SLAs </li><li>Review and improve candidate submittals and hiring manager communications </li><li>Support recruiters on complex or high-priority searches </li><li>Drive accountability, visibility, and team performance </li><li>Identify process gaps and recommend practical improvements </li><li>Partner cross-functionally with HR, operations, and systems teams </li><li>Support adoption of recruiting tools and evolving processes </li><li>Help foster a collaborative, high-performing team culture </li></ul> <p>Additional Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Work in partnership with leadership to manage Clients in areas related to recruitment / transition activities </li><li>Partner closely with the SD of Corporate Talent and recruiting leadership on team effectiveness, workload balance, and organizational support </li><li>Hold recruiter team accountable for understanding and complying with individual contract requirements </li></ul>
