<p>GFL Environmental is seeking a Benefits Administrator to support the day-to-day administration of our company's health and welfare programs. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys supporting employees with care and accuracy.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Administer medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and EAP benefits programs.</p> </li><li> <p>Serve as a liaison between employees, carriers, and third-party vendors.</p> </li><li> <p>Provide guidance on eligibility, plan provisions, and enrollment processes.</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain and reconcile benefits records and billing for multiple plans.</p> </li><li> <p>Support new hire orientations, acquisitions, and annual enrollment activities.</p> </li><li> <p>Partner with HR and payroll teams to ensure accurate processing and exceptional service.</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Bachelor's degree, preferably with HR coursework.</p> </li><li> <p>Minimum 2 years of benefits administration experience.</p> </li><li> <p>Strong understanding of welfare benefit plan documents and billing reconciliations.</p> </li><li> <p>Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Workday or similar HRIS is a plus.</p> </li><li> <p>Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.</p> </li><li> <p>Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.</p> </li></ul> <p>We thank you for your interest.
