<p>Job Description</p> <p>Description</p> <p>SAIC is seeking a Program Analyst to provide on-site project and financial management support at the Naval Undersea Warfare Center in Newport, RI.</p> <p>Job Duties:</p> <ul> <li>The individual will be required to perform various financial management functions as it relates to both Programmatic execution as well as Department level execution. </li><li>The individual will be responsible for managing all aspects of Programmatic financial management including, but not limited to: funding document acceptance, cost tracking and monitoring, financial forecasting, budget planning and ad-hoc Department Level financial requirements utilizing various computer systems. </li><li>The individual may attend meetings, track action items and interface with Government customers on a regular basis. </li><li>The individual will require a government clearance and strong computer skills. </li><li>Other duties may include developing miscellaneous reports, preparing assorted presentations, and assisting with the management and tracking of other project data, as required. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree and two (2) years of relevant experience. </li><li>MS Office proficiency with strong MS Excel knowledge. </li><li>Ability to balance multiple tasks across multiple projects. </li><li>Must already hold SECRET clearance. </li><li>Quick learner and proactive. </li></ul> <p>Desired Skills:</p> <ul> <li>DoD Financial Experience </li><li>Navy ERP Experience </li><li>Project Management Experience </li><li>Understanding of financial/technical documentation </li></ul> <p>Overview</p> <p>SAIC accepts applications on an ongoing basis and there is no deadline.</p> <p>SAIC is a premier Fortune 500 mission integrator focused on advancing the power of technology and innovation to serve and protect our world.
