This individual is responsible for ensuring that the residents have an outstanding experience at their home, monitoring security cameras, managing shipments and providing great customer service. Always display a friendly and courteous attitude towards residents, guests, and other employees.</p> <p>Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:</p> <p>Administrative:</p> <ul> <li>Creates an environment that assures consistent resident satisfaction at a standard on par with a 5- Star Property </li><li>Maintains a calm and pleasant personality in all types of situations and creates great customer service. </li><li>Handle resident requests including restaurant reservations, dry cleaning services, transportation, and any other "basic" concierge services. </li><li>Monitor security cameras. </li><li>Greet residents and guests entering the building. </li><li>Assisting residents and guests on an as needed basis. </li><li>Manage the reservations for the community room and guest suites. </li><li>Monitor facilities and equipment for cleanliness and functionality. </li><li>Effectively communicate through Social Media outlets. </li><li>Resident event coordination. </li><li>Create and deliver the monthly newsletter to residents. </li></ul> <p>Personnel Management:</p> <ul> <li>Maintain a positive, respectful, and professional attitude with residents, customers, and co-workers. </li></ul> <p>General:</p> <ul> <li>Support and comply with Hovde Properties' company rules and policies. </li><li>Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with prospects and residents. </li><li>Address prospects and resident inquiries promptly and professionally. </li><li>Dress in a professional manner. </li><li>Available to work a flexible schedule; weekends and some evenings required. </li><li>Assist the manager in organizing and participating in resident events to enhance community engagement. </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications/Credentials:</p> <ul> <li>Highly motivated individual who can work with considerable independence. </li><li>Strong commitment to a team-oriented approach. </li><li>Ability to attend occasional nightly meetings and networking events. </li><li>Competence in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and Outlook. </li></ul> <p>#BGDH</p>
