You'll verify time, maintain clean payroll data, support payroll tax workflows, and deliver outstanding service to employees. If you enjoy attention to detail, problem-solving, and a fast-paced team environment, this role is for you.</p> <p>What You'll Do</p> <ul> <li>Prepare and assist with biweekly payroll runs; verify timecards, premiums, overtime, commissions, and adjustments. </li><li>Maintain accurate employee payroll data in Paycom (new hires, rate changes, deductions, terminations). </li><li>Help set up new tax jurisdictions; scan and log tax notices; track resolutions; assist with multi-state compliance. </li><li>Administer wage garnishments, child support, HSA/HRA/FSA and benefit payroll deductions. </li><li>Generate payroll, tax, and reconciliation reports for audits and accounting close. </li><li>Respond to pay inquiries; explain earnings statements, taxes, and deductions with a service mindset. </li><li>Partner with HR, Benefits, and Accounting to ensure accurate funding, GL interfaces, and period close. </li></ul>
