<p>LaForce is looking for a 1st Shift Metal Fabricator to play a key role in producing high-quality hollow metal frames and components. Your hands-on work will help ensure precision, safety, and reliability on every project.</p> <p>Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 6:30am - 3:00pm; Friday, 6:30am - 12:30pm</p> <p>Pay: $19/hr. and up based on experience.</p> <p>What You'll Do</p> <ul> <li>Set up and operate CNC Mechanical Shears, Hydraulic Press Brakes, and Punch Presses. </li><li>Operate spot-welding equipment. </li><li>Read and interpret shop orders, drawings, and frame templates. </li><li>Safely operate forklifts to move materials. </li><li>Maintain accurate paperwork and production records. </li><li>Support other fabrication operations as needed. </li></ul> <p>What We're Looking For</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or GED. </li><li>1-3 months of related fabrication or manufacturing experience preferred (training provided). </li><li>Ability to read and follow safety rules, work instructions, and procedures. </li><li>A strong work ethic and attention to detail. </li></ul> <p>Physical Requirements</p> <ul> <li>Frequent lifting and carrying up to 70 pounds. </li><li>Pushing/pulling up to pounds of force. </li><li>Occasional climbing, balancing, sitting, and forklift operation. </li></ul> <p>Why LaForce?</p> <p>We believe in taking care of our team.
